Dr. Charlie Y. Chuang, DAOM, L.Ac. is a licensed, board-certified acupuncturist in the State of California. Dr. Chuang received her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Five Branches University in San Jose, California; and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Samra University in Los Angeles, California. She is currently in general practice with special interests in the areas of pain management, fibromyalgia (FMS), gastro-intestinal related issues, menopause, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), infertility, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and stress related conditions. Dr. Chuang practices with Master Tung's Acupuncture and Balance Method techniques, and classical formulas of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The ancient lineage of the medicine combining with her practice using the leading edge techniques can help her patients feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and to achieve the ultimate state of well-being. Dr. Chuang has been inspired in becoming a competent, gentle, and loving health care practitioner and healer. She also spends a great deal of her time practicing healing methods focusing on mind-body wellness such as Tai-Chi, Qigong, meditation, Hawaiian huna, H'ooponopono, and other leading edge techniques.
