Plaza Tire Service

Arrived for a state inspection, and was greeted with a smile by T. Chamberlain at the Dexter, MO location. Politely told me i can schedule for it at the next slot which was an hour later but that my position in line would be held for me if i want to run errands. I came back a few min before my appt and my truck was brought in not more than 10 min later. After only about 15 min into thr inspection i was called in to look at the vehicle and the inspector informed me that i pass but wanted to show me anything wrong underneath while he has it on the lift. I was able to see my future problem with my eyes rather than guessing if another mechanic somewhere else was going to be telling me the truth. Inspector was also very thorough, knowledgable, and friendly, enjoying his day with a good attitude and smile. I can tell the guys there get along with each other rather than at each others throats; and that made for a more peaceful experience. There was no loud music in either the office or the shop, whuch made it easy to hear who was speaking to me, unlike other shops ive been to. After returning inside, i got a tire quote from Mr. Chamberlain, which was very thorough, even telling me about current promotions and deals. The coffee was free and hot. The restroom was clean. The atmosphere was clean and friendly. Their routine was very well organized and professional. Mechanics all laid down plastic on the seats before sitting in them to drive them in and out of the bays, and i even watched them pull a paper floor protector out of the truck before handing me my keys. They had finished the vehicle and brought it to the front door for me as i would see from valets at a fancy event. Excellent professionalism and customer service with a good positive attitude and smiles everywhere......makes for a top notch company in my opinion and motivates me to come back for future services.

They have great service. Always take care of what I need them to in a timely manner. Might pay a little extra but worth it. Tim is awesome.
