National Car Rental was easy to use and the people were very friendly and helpful. Th signage at Metro Airport could be better for directing you to the rental car shuttle, but once there, National's personnel were very friendly in helping us find a car with Sirius Radio operational and guiding us through the return process.

National Car Rental Detroit Metro Arpt should only be used if you are traveling in to DTW and can not get to another car rental. I needed a car for a week and live in the general area so I rented from the airport. The prices are 4 times higher than any other car rental off DTW car rental road campus. I was SHOCKED that there were no attempts to meet or attempt to meet other rental agency rates even National rentals. While I understand travelers have little to no options due to lagistics, but the extrieme rate differences are not appropriate. I was very dissapointed in this factor alone. Staff were kind and helpful.

The Detroit National Car Rental has first rate staff. From the bus drivers to the people greeting you when you arrive and then the person at check-out, each one I encountered was very friendly and professional. My vehicle was great as well and the return was super easy. A+ Customer Service!

Excellent service, a remarkable customer service experience. I enjoyed the car so much because it really saved on gas...more than my own. I plan on using National again for my car rentals.

There was not a large selection for Emerald members but I found a car to my liking. The rental process overall was easy and efficient.

As an Emerald member I found the lot very unorganized. Cars were not parked in their appropriate sections. Each time we asked an attendant we were given incorrect direction. Manager tried to make things right. I'm sure if it weren't so bitter cold out and we spent a lot of unnecessary time outside looking for the right section that I would have appreciated the managers efforts a bit more.
