Rhonda the Owner/Manager seems to not care about the service to customers. Her lack of commitment and taking ownership of problems with the service proves she is not meant to work with people in a face to face environment. Been here a few times with my extended family and Rhonda seems to go out of her way to treat me other than an well paying customer. Several other customers tonight also had a problems/issues with their orders and they got up and left. Her lack of dressing the part of Manager/Owner and complete unprofessionalism could only mean that she is a miserable person. I feel bad for the staff that has to work under her. While I understand we don't live in a perfect world. There is always room for improvement and she does not care if you are a repeat customer. She has since deleted the feedback from their Facebook account which only proves my point. The truth hurts.
The worst service of any bar / restaurant in sedgwick county. Plan to wait more than 20 minutes to get your first drink then another 45 minutes to get dinner. Sitting at the bar doesn't speed things up. Unless you’re dating a waitress find another place to go.
