I have an unrational fear of doctors. Many bad experiences over my lifetime.

The receptionists to the nurses to the PA I saw were beyond amazing.
They genuinely care, don't rush you and actually meet with you prior to your first appointment to address any questions or concerns (not while you're half naked with legs in stirrups) and best part is you don't feel rushed which I have never seen before anywhere.

I am literally blown away by how amazing the entire staff is. Really the best of the best here and would recommend them to anyone

The Dr I had was wonderful but the staff is not. The office manager had me in tears. I was going through a very rough financial time and could not make my payment on time and was asking for a little understanding. She has no compassion and told me I was released from the practice and even if I did pay my bill i would not be welcome back. I'm having issues and I want to see my doctor but was told not because I owe $50! I would never work with this office again. They do not care about their patients, only the bottom line. People do go through rough times and I was willing to work with them but they refused.

Dr Falkner is such a wounder person and doctor. She has a wounderful since of humor and very caring. Highly recomend her to anyone
