They told me that it would take a day maybe two at the latest to repair. on the second of waiting i called about the vehicle status. they told me they are waiting on the parts. I told them that is fine as long as i would have it back in a couple of days, but if they could fix it in that amount of time tell me now because i would need to take it elsewhere for repair because i needed it repaired to travel on vacation. Two days later (1 day before needed for vacation) i called about the car. They said they were waiting on different parts. Well to make a long story short they never even looked at the car originally (they told me only couple days because they didnt want to loose business by telling me it would be 10-14 days actually) only now did they take a look at it 7 DAYS LATER and the real parts were ordered. When i told them again it was needed for my trip, i was told to RENT ONE ! Two weeks later the car was done for simple repair. Repair bill + $972.12 for unnecessary rental car !

Working on my mother-in-law's car. They have been friendly, professional and courteous. A bit slow in getting the car back to us (missing part that was relating to the repair). Still waiting on the car (over 10 days).
