Crunch Fitness - Cheektowaga

I've been going to the gym for 9 years and I watched it changed hands several times. The classes have gotten better and the instructors are really great. Crunch has expanded both the personal fitness and the Machine areas. They're maintain fairly well.

However, the gym is often filthy and I have to go to the front desk to complain about the bathrooms being trashed and left for days at a time. At the front desk people never seem to actually be doing anything, instead just sitting on their phones and watching people come in. Today I tried to say hello to one of them and did not get a response. There has been a sticky stuff on the class floors that has been there for days at a time so clearly cleaning is not their priority. Every few weeks, they say that they will fix the problem but it is usually short-lived. What do you want for a cheap gym i guess?
