We were part of a group that was there for a brewery tour and dinner. Totally disorganized, took well over 3 hours for this to take place. We had to practically beg for menus and silverware, then once the food was delivered 2 members of our party didn't get theirs. By the time they got it to the table, one person just took it in a box since we had been there so long by then. The food was good, but that's about all I can say for it. I'll not be back.

My brother and I visited the Wynkoop Brewery on our last trip to Denver. We only stopped in for a couple beers, however we ended coming back a couple hours later for more! Great beer, great service, great price. I will be moving to the area next year and plan on becoming a regular customer! THANKS!

Highly recommend both the beer varities and the mussels in a savory wine-garlic-butter - yummy sauce...Ask for extra bread. Also the Gorganzola soup is fantastic!

My husband and I went here for our first date back in 1997. The atmosphere, food and beer was great. After years of living in Chicago, we moved back and have gone here twice. The first time back in 2009 was a disappointment, but we decided to give it a second chance last November. The place smelled like decades of food, dirt and grime buried in the floor, cracks and crevices of the brewery. The food was such a disappointment. The flavors and the quality was just not there. It's amazing how much this place has declined. We won't be coming back here.

I took my wife here for her 30th birthday party. I called ahead to find that they do not take reservation on the weekends so we went down early to put our name on the list. When we arrived we were greated by a very friendly host stand and was told the wait would be an hour. This was perfect as our party was arriving an hour later. We waited for an hours an a half and went back to the host stand to be told that the GM had come into the wynkoop with his own private party and took the seating area that the host stand was reserving for us! They apologized and said they waould seat us as soon as possible. We had tickets to a show and became pressed for time. We checked back to find that the only tables available would break our party up over three booths. durinf our meal not a single person from managment came by to offer any apologizes for a ruined evening. I guess the GM was to busy with his own private party boosting his own ego to have any idea or care about what goes on his facility.

I took my wife here for her 30th birthday. So, they don't take reservations on the weekends and we were good consumers and made adjustments. We arrived and hour before our party was to arrive and was told that the wait was an hour, no problem. An hour and a half later I checked back with the host stand and was told that the GM of the Wynkoop came in with his own private party and took the seating area the host stand was reserving for us! We waited another 30 minutes only to have our party broken up over three tables. Not one person came by to apologize or offer and compensation for the horrible experiance, oh that's right the GM was to busy pushing around paying customers and feeding his own ego to care about anyone else.

Food: Excellent bar food at very good prices.\r Service: Sub par, both nights.\r Atmosphere/Layout: Great. A beautiful interior. VERY nice place and close to the Rockies stadium.\r Beer: BAD! I was surprised. By far the worst beer I've ever had at any brew pub/brewery. I tried all, but one or two of the beers they have on tap (nearly a dozen). Their stout was okay and a few others were drinkable, but extremely unremarkable. Others were just god awful. Undrinkable. When I tell someone in my party a beer ""tastes like food"" when he asked how it was, you know you're in trouble.

The restaurant was extremely warm, the music was way to loud. The waitress didn't speak above a whisper, the fish and chips were very disappointing. Not worth the money. With all the other restaurants in the area you would be wise to try them instead.

While walking around LoDo and the 16th Street Mall, my husband & I happened upon this place. Being lovers of great and unique beers, we thought it was worth a try at least. Boy, were we blown away. The beer is great (some of the best we've had), and the food is really good too. We actually expected to pay alot more given the amount of beer and food we'd ordered, but were pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. Service was great on a busy Saturday evening, and everyone seemed really friendly. I can't wait to get back to Denver to revisit this place!
