BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! It is a nightmare for the Dementia patients. I took my father out of their and would not entrust anyone to their care. They neglect residents and charge for services not rendered. I visited one evening and the STENCH when the elevator door opened would gag you. I told a caretaker a number of the Dementia patients were visibly soiled and needed to be changed. Her reply was shockingly apathetic. The smell wasn't from just 1 or 2 patients! I was appalled. Property is stolen or "misplaced" never to reappear!. They dressed my father in women's clothing because they couldn't be bothered looking for his clothes!. I hired an investigator and when I got their report I pulled my father out of their. I can go on a litany of other incidents that demonstrated neglect. I reported them to the State. I wrote and met with the Facility Director to discuss my complaints and settle the FINAL bill. I am still getting monthly bills for his "current" care even though he has been out of there for 6 months. I have responded 3x to their bills reiterating when he moved out. I JUST got another BILL with "adjustments" dating back to January 2013 stating I owe them for a lower level of care! What? It is now July 23, 2014 and I intend to call the Corporate office. What a horses a** operation!!! They capitalize on the demented that can't speak for themselves. Shame on those caretakers!
