Dennis, Lakewood, Colorado - Carlos and TJ recently saved my computer from a nasty malware virus that was taking over my machine. They remotely accessed my computer and I just sat and watched while they expertly picked out infected files, installed additional utilities and ran cleanup routines specific to this problem. They further cleaned unnecessary programs, adjusted settings and educated me on routine maintenance and spyware. This "electronic house call" was just what I needed.
