McDonald's

This particular location of McDonalds is on my way to work. Usually when I stop there to pick up breakfast, there's not a problem or issue at all. However, this morning was a different story. I pulled up to the drive-thru, ordered a McSkillet Burrito. first the price that came up was $3.29, the price on the menu was $2.99. then I asked for bacon instead of sausage, then I saw a $ .59 charge for the bacon on top of the already wrong price of $3.29. I called the order-taker on this and she said that included tax. tax was separate at the bottom. Then she said the $3.29 already included the substitution. then removed the $ .59 extra charge and said she never put that on there. It was obvious that she didn't speak English very well at all, so she put a young man on the mic. he tried to get around the issue too. I pulled up to the food-receiving window and asked for the manager. Marie came to the window, whom also didn't speak English well either. I asked for an English speaking person and she replied they didn't have one working there. It was obvious her English wasn't correct because she proceeded to tell me the young man I spoke to didn't speak Spanish. She said, "He no speak Spanish." Correct me if I'm wrong, but that isn't proper English either. I drove off without getting any breakfast and it was too late for me to stop anywhere else.

Don't get me wrong, I had the extra money, but it just seemed to me if you advertise a price on your menu, you have to honor that price without making excuses.
