Our initial experience of this company is that they appear to be basically small time ''house flippers''. It appears that they puff themselves a lot. Also it appears they will try to break home leases if the leasees get in the way of their ''house flipping''. We have caught them in multiple equivocations.



An example of their equivocations, if not lies is as follows:



We notice that their Delwest Capital Group LLC web site advertises under Joe Miniss's photo that they have sold/flipped 70 homes since 2009.. But on their Read More Page they claim a ''foundation'' of 30 years of real estate experience and 1,200 home sales, which is not believable. Especially since their entity was not formed until 2008, and it remains a relatively tiny office. Notice their skillful use of the above word ''foundation''. It is missleading in our opinion.



But then the real zinger is on their Facebook page where they claim a ''foundation'' of 70 years of real estate experience with a proven track record of 60,000 home sales!



So which is it? Is it 4 years and 70 home sales? Or is it 30 years and 1,200 home sales? Or is it 70 years and 60,000 home sales?? Keep in mind they are a relatively tiny office and have only been formed since 2008.



As to DelWest's home sales and their property management, including that of their front man, Joe Minnis, beware of their ethics betrayed by their above behaviours !
