Advantage Rent A Car

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We booked on line and when we arrived at the desk was told our reservation was released after 4 hours... Never have I had this happen before - and worst of all we were left 'stranded' without a car. Luck for us one of the other companies had a vehicle available - but at a much higher price. Oh yea, injury to insult - the gal at the desk was very curt and rude.

I used Advantage for a recent trip to Denver. I was in a hurry but yet had to wait as the shuttle driver made two laps around the airport and the driver stopped and stood outside for a few minutes. When I got to the agency there was a long line of people and I ended up waiting in line for a long period. They tried to upsell the rental after I told them I was in a hurry. I ended up extending the rental. They raised the daily rate. Although the price I was quoted was said to have the taxes included, what started out as a thirty dollar rental turned in to two hundred dollars. I left my bluetooth in the car and after several calls which werent answered I finally managed to get through and was told they would get back to me and I never heard from them again. I definitely will not use them again.
