Love this place! All very professional and friendly. I saw Amy and she is great and very knowledgeable. Her patient care is to notch. I recommend the doctors and Amy to all my family and friends.

Let me start off with the good. I have been going to this office for years. I've really only dealt with one person, Amy who is very nice, helpful and attentive. That being said, I had surgery 19 days ago. Dr. Mantri told me I would need 2 days to recover then I would be just fine. I am still not well. Five days after surgery I called the office and spoke to a nurse (Sharon) about my symptoms (all of which I was told to contact my doctor if I experienced). After not hearing back with any resolution, I called back at the end of the day. Sharon told me she still hadn't talked to the doctor and it would probably be the next day. She made me feel like I was bothering her and being a problem patient. I had fever, severe pain & swelling. When I still wasn't feeling better, still running fever 11 days after surgery, I made an appointment & went in. I took my temperature before my appointment and it was 100.5. When I saw Sharon 15 minutes later, she couldn't get her thermometer to work so she just wrote down 98.8. When Dr. Mantri came in he asked what was going on. Before I could even get the first symptom out of my mouth, he interrupted me and continued to interrupt me everytime I tried to say anything. He didn't check my incisions, he didn't look at the swelling. He wasn't even going to examine me until I insisted. All he would say is you're fine and you just take longer to heal. He didn't listen to my concerns, he didn't address my issues. All he did was make me feel like I was a waste of his time. He spent 15 minutes after my surgery taking with my husband about how much he hates Obama and how he hates how he has to take on all of the liability of being a doctor. He uses tons of profanity. He is an angry, unpleasant, unprofessional man and I will NEVER go back.
