Overall

We are not residents of Denison any longer, but I kept the number for the old "Denison Greenhouses", and phoned an order of my mom's favorite flowers to be delivered to Texoma Medical Center hospital there. The owner, Judy, took my order and was very helpful. She took our order and will very likely get our repeat business if the delivery turns out as good as the ordering. Quite personable and understanding.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! THE OWNER IS RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! My company asked me to order some flowers for a employee's family member funeral and it was a problem from the second they answered the phone. I was told they waived the delivery fee (by my company) since they order so much flowers every year. Unfortunately, this info was wrong. Never the less, I let that go and was trying to order and was told they can't deliver flowers while the funeral was going on. No duh Sherlock! We wanted the flowers delivered to the funeral home -whenever they got them ready. Me being new had to ask my employer what I needed to do since this person on the phone thought she could not deliver the flowers. My employer got on the phone and said just deliver the flowers to the funeral home when they are ready. IE-anytime. My employer handed the phone back to me and the person at this flowers asked who that "lady", was (dripping in sarcasm mind you) and I told her my employers name. (She said I thought so. She is always such a pleasure to work with. It figures it was her)I don't remember every little word but it was something in that nature. I told her politely that I didn't appreciate her comment about my employer. She said i don't appreciate her, you, or that entire company and that we are all rude people. I said let's just get this order in and be professional and she just went on the attack again. She was yelling at me again at this point with ramblings of how she is being dealt with badly. I asked my employer is she wanted to continue on with this company and she said no. So long Judy's Terrible Flowers and hello Country Florist. You just lost some good business for no good reason because you couldn't keep your temper under control. Don't know what you are going through in your personal life, but if this is how you handle stress, I feel sorry for you, your employees, and your business. Good luck rude lady. ***Also, my employer has not always had great flower service prior to this order that never happened.******Flowers were dead and wilted on several occassions.

We ordered Teleflora's Possibly Pink floral arrangement for Mother's Day. The roses and the lilies were bruised, and the arrangement was unprofessional. It was lopsided and not full. Disappointing when compared to the advertised photo. I feel as if they misrepresented themselves and we did not get what we paid for. See photo for reference.
