My mail carrier is terrible! My packages disappear on a very regular basis & it isn't until I call the post office & threaten to either make a formal complaint or involve the police that it "mysteriously" appears. I actually called the national post office & they said (after holding for almost 2 hours) that unless I called them every time it happened, my local branch would likely just keep sweeping it under the rug. I suppose I'll just have to involve the police next time.

WHAT A JOKE! First, upon moving they made me move my mailbox when apparently is was ok for the person who lived there before?! Refused to deliver until we did.We moved it and still cannot get packages.I have waited ALL morning for a package to arrive, continuously checked the tracking page for my package online when I see an update saying, "attempted delivery, notice left". OKAY...I went outside to look around my mailbox thinking it must have been nearly impossible for me to have missed them because I've been waiting near my front door all morning and have 2 large dogs who bark when someone even comes down our road! NO note ANYWHERE! The best part is I just called customer service and spoke to someone with a foreign accent who ONLY read me the latest online update "attempted delivery, notice left". I explained that it seems no one came at all there is no notice of any kind! He gave me a number to call which was only a machine. I called the local number and it JUST BEEPS. ZERO STARS.

This has been my post office for 9 yrs. Like everyone above I was bullied by my mail man, forcing me to change my box that met standards. My mail wasn't delivered for 6mo. I EVEN went to the post office weekly to get my mail, but it was in 3 different locations so I rarely got it all,which caused me problems w/time sensitive mail. The issues has finally resided, but still this PO has the least functioning hours of any so I have to mail in BR for my business.

I want to complain about my mail lady!!!

She has forgotten one day, not holiday n didn't bother delivering mail that day till next morning...

Then later that day got mail again.. Proof she didn't even bother coming to our neighborhood that day I guess.

N it didn't get here till 430, think it was it was late she didn't bother

They held my mail since october of last year and i didnt get it until the beginning of feb. They wont give you your mail and lose it in the system for months on end. Keeping me from actually using what i need for my own well being. They are literally making it harder for me to live and no one does anything to help anyone. They deserve to be shut down.

We didn't get mail delivered on 10/31/15, none delivered on 1/10/15, holiday on 1/11/15 and none delivered on 10/12/15. Just where is the mailing going? It must be nice to make your routes whenever you feel like it.

The postal carrier in this area never leaves a notice for packages. I have to constantly call the post office and ask them if they have my package. Good luck getting someone to answer. These carriers are so unreliable!

I was on hold for 27 minutes and still no answer. After going up to post office a week before to fix the problem of my mail being stopped for no reason. This is horrible service.
