Chili's Grill & Bar

Definitely the worst Chilis I have ever been to. Something just seems totally off about this place, just a real negative atmosphere (obviously due to the management there). They are constantly hiring for servers and other non-managers so it looks the owner would fire the horrible management there and get much better ones in. The service is usually bad and the food just isn't that good. The most recent visit I had Michael (tall, younger guy) as my waiter and you could tell he just was a complete jerk and he did an awful job. You could just sense his bad attitude and never checked on us or anything. Why do the managers there keep someone like that? That guy is the LAST person in this world who should be working with people. Do yourself a favor and go to Orange City Chilis as the DeLand one will totally disappoint you every time.
