Worst customer service EVER! Just RUDE! This is our 5th camper... 1st and LAST purchase from Dixie RV! We were told it would be cleaned inside and out...NOT. It was very dirty, not to mention the infestation of spiders underneath. Assured the gas water worked...NOT! Had to pay for a service call on our 1st camping trip with it. Extra charges we weren't told about. I could go on, but... Oh, and they quit taking our calls. REALLY?

I applied for a job at this business and was hyped up with all kinds of promises and guarantees, only to be told that NOTHING would be paid for, there is no salary, no pay draw, absolutely NOTHING other than commissions. And they wonder why they don't have reliable, professional employees. I will never deal with this company again, in any capacity.
