Clifton Moving & Storage

Our relocation company selected Clifton as our packing and loading service providers in IL. Thus far they overestimated the weight of our stuff, which provoked their loaders to literally drive away from our home the am of our move (they were disputing the wages-the drivers' estimate was spot-on). Many boxes weren't labeled or tagged by their packers (at least 20) so inventory is very difficult for us. And this am, while unpacking, I found my wedding dress ( which was neatly bagged and hung in a closet) at the bottom of a box with closet misc tossed on top of it. Needless to say, I absolutely warn anyone NOT to use this company!

The movers arrived on time, were courteous & friendly, really cared about our possesions (even items that were not in the best of shape). I have a beautiful cabinet that has one foot broken, that they took specially good care of it even while in storage. Delivery of all items were also timely and handled carefully. Nothing was broken in the move!
