My 4 girls went to Sasha Best Braids salon yesterday, they love their braids the girls told me Sasha give them snack and juice
why I put the review for Sasha? Because, when I paid her she give me $20 back, and she told my kids do you see how much money your dad spend for your hair ?respect your dad

Sasha Best Braids is the best professional hair saloon I have ever known,best customers services ever!!! I have been there four times since I moved to Decatur, the ladies are amazing with warming welcome hearts...I'll recommend friends to them...any type of braids and no matter how short your hair is they get you covered!

I love Miss Sasha, period!!! she is my best stylist I recommend her to everyone , she give free snack good and the shop is very clean

I had my hair done last week Saturday, their service was excellent and the shop is clean. Whilst there, I happened to witness the most bizarre behavior from a Customer call Linda. This girl is one of the most obnoxious human being I have ever seen. Once she walk through the door she start barking, you people braided my hair tied, I took it down, you either re-braid it or give me back my money. When the owner ask why she took off all the braids out because she call night before she came in, that she took two rows from the back. She start calling her all kinds of names. Anybody who have ever braided their hair will call that same day or the following day to complain. People like her go about taking people for granted. You are wrong for what you did, you go about scamming people because you wanted a free hair do for your vacation. By the way, that inexperience college girl you said did your hair has been doing hair for over 6yrs, and still working towards her Bachelors degree.

I did my hair last week my experience was very good, I love Sasha and her sisters they are very sweet and professional. I used my $10 coupon THANK YOU LADIES

worst hair style I ever had in my entire life!!!. sasha rushed me out of the chair to get to the next client. its all about the money with this woman. she had no concern when I left upset and totally dissatisfied. i got crochet curls and it went left from the beginning. she braided too big and bulky...skipped over big patches of hair when crocheting and some braids had no hair attached. and the result was a hot mess. i spent $200 and had to have my hair redone the next day. I texted her that I needed her to fix it and she ignored it and never responded. worse not best at crocheting.

Honestly I love Sasha she did my hair with Rachel last Sunday they really do a good job, very clean area, they are so sweets I will return

I've been going to Sasha Best Braids a few years now. I've always been satisfied until this time. After 2 weeks my twist started coming a loose. I called her and she agreed to retwist the 10-15 that were loose. Once I arrived after a 1.5 hour drive she wasn't there. Another lady redid them and sprayed so much spritz it was rediculous. BEWARE OF SASHA BEST BRAIDS!

Let me just say that Sasha is a very nice lady and the women that work there, work very hard. I got my hair done here a couple of weeks ago. I needed something done after work on a Friday and Sasha was able to help take me with such short notice. I wanted Marley twists but changed my mind when I saw one of the ladies in the shops hair.I was told would pay $150 but when I was finished she told me it would be $180 because I wanted it long... It wasn't long and the twist were big. The issue isn't even the money... For some reason they started these Senegalese twists with a braid and worked their way into the twist. I've had this style before and that's not how it's done. Also the twist started coming out after only 2 days in the areas where my hair is shorter. They also look really messy... It's only been 2 weeks and I've lost maybe 20 or more twists. As nice as she was, I am very unhappy with my hair and will not be going back.

If your looking for quick ,efficient service for braiding go to Sasha .I lovedthe way Sasha braids .Im sensitive when it comes to getting my hair done so Im glad I found somebody who knows how to work with me .The quality of the braids is outstanding .When sasha braids my hair it lastes for a long time ,longer then most shops ive been too .In my opinion ,anybody would be delighted to say Sasha has done thier hair.

I called Sasha at 9:00am today after waiting 30 minutes at another salon where I had an 8:30am appointment. I am a very busy person and selfish with my time. Getting my hair braided is usually a frustrating experience because even if I am happy with the final project, I leave annoyed by the nonchalant and inefficient stylists who had no regard for my time and wasted at least an hour breaking from my hair to take a call, have a conversation with someone in the salon, go work on someone else's or enjoy a meal. Sasha was more than accommodating and welcomed me to come in right away saying she would get started as soon as I arrived. The salon was professional and clean and the staff were kind and efficient (in the 5 hours I was there they never stopped to eat, drink or take a personal call). I am so happy with the way my hair turned out and can honestly say she exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be going back and sending all my friends and family her way!

Sasha is very nice lady ,she did my baby her Yesterday ,she look good and she like her hair .I will return do my hair too

I went to Sasha's Best Braids this morning.She finished my hair earlier this afternoon and I have to say I love love love my braids.I have received several compliments already.Sasha really made me look good.When I look good I feel good.I finally found a braider I can stick with.She was very nice and any questions or concerns you have she is able to address it.Thank you Sasha..I love my Senegalese twist braids.

This is my second time coming and once again I'm very impressed with my braids,the building is very clean and there's great customer service!

I woke up this morning, and after doing some reading for school, I decided to get my hair braided. I found Sasha's place via the web. Now, I live by the airport, and traveled East to her shop on this Sunday afternoon. I spoke to Sasha over the phone, and she seemed very friendly and inviting. When I got to the shop, she washed my hair for me, blow dried it, and her and her girls started working on my head. They started at 1pm, and were finished exactly ay 5pm. I love my individual braids, and will be cute for my upcoming birthday! Thanks Sasha. I will be back.

I had never had my hair professionally braided before. I researched several shops before I decided on Sasha's Best Braids. I knew just from talking with her over the phone a few times that the customer service was the best. She patiently answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. When I finally committed to my appointment, she was there and ready to start the moment I walked through the door. She did an excellent job and I got a lot of compliments. The style held up for weeks. The only reason I took it down was because i needed a shampoo and I didn't know I could have washed my hair with the braids in. You live and you learn! That was last year. People are still asking me where I got my braids!
