Budget Blinds serving Atlanta North East

This was for the selection and installation of veritcal blinds. I don't like vertical blinds nor curtains. And I didn't like the fact that panels would obstruct as much of the window view as they would have when open. I took a very, very long time to decide on what I ended up going with, drumroll please, vertical blinds :). Even though I took a very, very long time, the owner (Mike, who does the measuring) was very patient with me. I had been a previous customer already: I had gotten shutters and vertical real wood blinds for my parents' condo. (A job for a much larger sum.) Andy installed the blinds. He is a very casual and approachable person, though still very professional: communicates well, neat, tidy, respectful of your space. He took as much time as was needed to install the blinds just right. I woud not hesitate to have him come and install blinds again!

Removal of old mini-blinds and installation of new 2" white faux wood. Budget Blinds and owner Michael were a pleasure to work with. In home consultation was excellent and variety of product to choose from was also good. They provided a quality product at a fair price and were always on time and responsive. These blinds will cost a bit more than the big box store variety, but the quality difference is very noticeable, especially in the valance. The 15 to 17 faux wood blinds we had installed have been excellent. Yes, you could save $30 or so dollars a piece on these doing it yourself, but the quality would be less and the installers had the old mini-blinds in my home removed (at no additional cost) and the new 2" blinds installed in about 3 hours. Worth every penny and I would use them again.

Budget Blinds provided a consultation and installed blinds in four rooms of our home. We recently completed a renovation to our home and needed window treatments in four rooms. We have a 10 month old daughter, so I needed the selection/installation process to be quick and simple. I initially went to Home Depot as I heard they had competitive pricing on blinds. I arrived with my daughter in tow and I soon realized that the process of buying blinds there was going to be more time consuming than I had anticipated. The sales associate was very friendly, but the paperwork process to set up my home consultation was lengthy because we were distracted by other customers, the sample books were in different parts of the store, I had to get a paint sample from the paint department to match the blinds...it just took a long time. Sure enough, my usually happy-go-lucky daughter became so antsy and fussy that we had to leave before setting up the home consultation. I was frustrated to leave with nothing. My contractor had initially recommended Budget Blinds, so I decided to give them a call. I wish I had done this the first time around! Mike came directly to my home with many different window treatment samples. He was prompt, professional and incredibly polite. It was so great to get to choose the blinds in the comfort of my own home - there were no outside distractions, I could perfectly match the blinds to our paint and decor and, most importantly, I could have my daughter playing nearby. Also noteworthy - Mike gave us FREE temporary blinds which was a really nice gesture that was appreciated not only by us, but our neighbors too! :) The installation process was equally simple and the installer was equally prompt, professional and polite. He was very flexible about scheduling the installation and really easy to work with. I was very pleased with the entire process and would HIGHLY recommend Budget Blinds of Atlanta (North East). We will use them for all future window treatment needs.

Called to have blinds measured and installed. Measurement and selection happened in the same appointment and the blinds were ordered and promised to arrive in 10 days. Blinds arrived as promised and installed within 2 days. Great service and selection. Blinds were measured perfectly and arrived and installed within 10 days as promised. Arrived onsite to my house, provided samples and recommendations and installed. Basically everything!



Joey, the representative came to our house, he provided samples and gave recommendations for our windows. Very knowledgeable with the products and spoke highly of the business. Our windows were completely bare, so Joey put up paper blinds to give us privacy until our budget blinds were installed. Professional and I would purchase from them again. The installation was also great. The guy (can't remember his name) contacted me directly to schedule the installation, same day. He was a perfectionist when installing the blinds. Made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up.

It went very well. The shutters are custom ordered and took a while to build, but the install was professional and they look perfect. They seem very durable and have really changed the look of the room where we had them installed. The mini blinds are installed perfectly.



The guys that did the install were wonderful. Very detail oriented and professional and I enjoyed working with them. In fact, everyone I have worked with on this project has been great.



I like the shutters so much that I have already ordered my next set! I have no complaints whatsoever and will obviously be working with them again.

I didn't know much about blinds or window treatments, and they really took their time to help me pick the right product. I very much appreciated that. When I made certain choices the salesman made sure I understood how it would look and how it would function. He took a lot of time with me without making me feel like I was taking too much of his time. I will definitely use them again for the rest of our rooms once I've decided what type of window treatment I want. Installation came slightly faster than the original estimated date, which was a nice surprise as well.

We had blinds installed to cover windows in our bedroom and portions of our living room. We had a wonderful experience with Mike Hewitt of Budget Blinds. He spent a ton of time with us measuring all of the windows we have. Our home is modern architecture in Old Fourth Ward and is practically all windows. He made great suggestions on styles of blinds to choose and which were best for the bedroom versus the living space. After giving us the final numbers he did not mind that we had to split up the work into several parts to fit into our budget. When the blinds were installed it turned out that a couple of the blinds ordered were for the wrong set of windows. After letting him know about the issue Mike came up with an excellent solution that satisfied us financially and aesthetically. We will be utilizing his services this Spring to complete the window coverings in our home and we also have a property management business and will use him professionally as well.

We used Budget Blinds of Atlanta North East. We just got a new house and they came out to do an estimate in late April and then we did an order in early May. Then they did the installation for us. We have a big house and they did a combination of wood blinds and plantation shutters. We've got 30 plus windows. They were very thorough and very detailed with the process and were precise with the project. They were very professional about the whole thing. We didn't have any issues or errors with the product. They kept us in good communication the whole time as well. They were expensive but we got great value for it.

I had high expectations after reading some glowing reviews and Mike exceeded them, by spending extra time & getting every detail exactly right. His installer was fast and professional, and best of all, I really love everything we got. I highly recommend this Budget Blinds business, Mike went the extra distance (literally, by coming back just to show us an alternative that had gone on sale) and we really appreciated it.

We had new blinds installed on all the windows in our house. Great - they were extremely patient with us as we took a long time to explore a bunch of options and debate things like wood vs faux and color and style. They also took the time to explain all the options and examine an old plantation shutter we had and whether we would be able to match it ever or if we should just take it down and put up matching blinds.
