BUYER BEWARE!! My wife went to this shop to purchase a bike rack for our car. We knew that we would pay a premium at a bike shop but thought it worth it because a.we would get better customer service then a big box b. get better advice and expertise then a big box. This was DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE. The bike shop employee sold my wife a bike rack that didn't work for our car, bikes, nor lifestyle. I called the person who sold her the rack explained the problem. He stated we would have to buy some additional items to make that particular bike rack work for our bikes (children's and women's). So we would have to spend almost another $100 dollars on brackets to make it work. I tried to return the bike rack to the store and was told that because it had been several months since we bought the rack we would only receive trade in value (90% of what we paid minus taxes). In essence we only bought this bike rack because they told us that was the one that would work. We bought it. It didn't work and now that won't give our money back because it took us too long for us to return. Go to REI on I85. Go see Tanner in bikes. He was great. I spent $1000. Anybody want to buy a bike rack that was only used once and doesn't work for me?

Great little shop that's conveniently located near Emory and useful for a quick fix, tube or other part. I bought a bike here about 10 years ago and they did a great job with their fit system to make sure the bike was right for me and set up correctly. The shop isn't huge so they don't have a huge selection and not much in the way of apparel/non-essential accessories but they are always helpful.
