        I WAS DENIED A RENTAL CAR DUE TO THE POLICIES OF THE COMPANY THAT I HAD AN IN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IN THE PAST 24 MONTHS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT, I UNDERSTAND COMPANY GUIDELINES AND POLICIES, HOWEVER I WAS STILL CHARGED THE DAILY INSURANCE TO MY CREDIT CARD. WHEN I TRIED TO GET THESE CHARGES REIMBURSTED, I WENT THROUGH HOOPS. IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR INSURANCE ON A CAR RENTAL THAT I NEVER RENTED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
