Warning: I complained to upper management about horribly slow service and when I went back, they refused me service without explanation.

Just when I think they are improving, they go down hill fast.



I order a strawberry shake and all I could taste was ice cream and no strawberry. They put just enough strawberry in to turn it slightly pink. When I take it back, they serve me one with too much strawberry instead of just making it the correct way.



Before that, I ordered shakes and not only were the cups covered in ice cream, they didn't fill the cup adequately. So instead of topping it off and remixing it, they just covered it up with a lot of whipped topping.



The unscrupulous employees there will not give you a receipt with your order if your service is bad so you can't take the survey.
