Hey, I can't say enough about Premier Ladies Fitness. I have been on a mission and its paying off. The people here are awesome with lots of good information that will benefit you in every way, all you have to do is show up and take advantage of the classes.

The key to success is never giving up! Thank you Premier Ladies, you've made a big difference!

I am a mother of eight. (I have been coming here with my babies for seven years.) These ladies are the best! They are patient, attentive and caring!

I've been coming here for almost 6 years now. This is the only gym where they have it all. All the women are so great and are always there to help you. If you look at everything they have you will know there's no place else to go!

Thanks to Premier Ladies Fitness and my support group, I have lost a total of 170 pounds, 120 inches and have gone from a size 26-28 to a 9-10. If I can do it, anyone can!

I've lost 9 lbs and several inches in the 5 weeks I've been here. not only am i losing weight and toning up, but the stress relief is AMAZING!!! I love Premier Ladies Fitness, the staff and classes have changed my life!

My wife was very excited to join this gym, even with the ridiculous 3 year contract that you have to sign. Her friend had just signed up and had her sold on it. Her friend gave her a 30 day free pass so she could check it out before signing the contract.



She was very gung ho about this gym and was pretty much sold, but wanted to do the 30 day trial just to get a feel for it and make sure it was the one she wanted to join. When she tried to use the pass, the manager said that they do not accept them any more. Her friend that just joined the gym said that she had just used one.



The manager went on a tirade about how people want to get something and not pay for it and mocked her by saying that he bet she would like to eat at a restaurant without paying for it too. He was very mean and rude and really upset my wife for no reason whatsoever. When my wife said that this is really bad customer service and that she had never been spoken to that way before, he told her to get out. She stood there in shock for a minute before just saying ok and leaving.



Folks, don't sign a three year contract that you're going to regret in the first month. This place is ran by some very unprofessional and rude people. Luckily my wife's friend was able to cancel her contract because it was within the first three days. She really dodged a bullet there. This was just a really upsetting experience and it's a shame because both my wife and her friend were really excited about joining until they met the manager.

am active duty military. my wife signed up for the gym membership. Never went to the gym. My orders are sending us to Germany. They charged us 75 dollars plus the first month payment since she could not get copies of orders in on time to cancel her membership. Poor customer service, anti military, and overall a disappointing experience. I will be contesting the payment. Don't go here!

I am writting in regards to the FAIRBORN fitness center....i have been a memeber since they re opened under premier fitness in november. They are now under new managment. I was never told as a memeber that new poeple are running the gym. When i signed up i was under the impression that they were open 24 hrs. as of January 1st. Well they are, but not only the weekend when i would actually be able to use the 24hrs. Some equiptment has been broken for weeks now and their treadmills with televisions never work. They have tvs but eithther the sound doesnt work or the treadmill itself doesnt work. They equipment is of poor quality and so are the employees. There will be four or five employees sitting at the desk when you walk in and yet not one can even say hello or welcome. When you tell them about a problem with equipment they act like you are bothering them. I spent ten minutes struggling with a machine right infront of the service desk and yet noone came to offer me assistant. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!

Aviod this gym due to very poor costumer service. The employees are rude, snarky, and frankly awful.

Received free coupons to try fitness center. Was told must sign paper work in order to receive free month of service. A week later I received a bill that has me locked into a contract, that can not be cancelled by phone, must be mailed in, within 3 days!!! A total scam. I have reported them to the attorney general, BBB, and every place I can think of to at least warn other customers. Amazing the level of dishonestly.
