When it comes to authentic Peruvian food, most people think of Ceviche. We thought of just that and didn't stop there. We wanted to make it a fun and enjoyable culinary experience for everyone and decided to launch a fresh new restaurant concept, named after our chef and owner Carlos Brescia's nickname, Dr. Limon. Our approach is Peruvian food with a Miami twist, influenced by traditional northern Peruvian cuisine and respecting local South Florida businesses and ingredients.We are located in the Weston Road Shopping Center in South East Weston.When it comes to authentic Peruvian food, most people think of Ceviche.
