1) They never answer their phone

2) They are unorganized and do not keep regular hours

3) The lobby is always packed

4) They are racist towards white people

5) General Incompetence

THE INCOME GUIDLINES FOR SINGLE PEOPLE LIKE ME SHOULD BE AROUND $35,000. SOME OF THE SINGLE PARENTS GET OFF EASY AND THEIR PROFANE LANGUAGE IS OFFENSIVE TO THEIR KIDS, AND THEY NEED TO PUT A STOP TO THIS. THE WORKERS ATTITUDES STINK AND THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK.

That should be no stars, but it won't let me give no stars. They lie. They are nasty. They are ignorant. Even the supervisors lie to get rid of you. You will find out months later that they didn't do what they assured you that they would do. They will drop every ball tossed to them. Even if you hand deliver that ball with a supervisor's name on it. They will drop it. They could not care less. Your child could be dying for all they care they will turn their backs on you. If you expect even a pleasant face, forget it. It doesn't matter how polite or angry you are. It doesn't matter how sick your child is. My advice, bring media and a lawyer with you if you have to go to the office.

The people who work there are so ignorant. Not to mention they are mentally challenged they never understand anything and then get mad at you cause they can not comprehend the English language. Even when you are nice to them when they are being rude to you they get continue to be ignorant. Then they hang up on you cause they can't not comprehend what you are trying to say to them.
