Wow... Talking about going the extra mile. I'm a hotshot driver and needed the work done yesterday, they stayed late until they got the part and installed it. No problems. Saved me a huge headache, not to mention $$$ savings. Thank you guys.... I owe you one!

it was a Saturday and all of the other places around was closed. i needed a part for my car. visited stephens parts department around noon, they were about to close. they found the part i needed, had it in stock and sold it to me. i went out to the parking area and was having trouble putting the part on my car, one of their service writers came out and helped me get it on my car. thanks for the help!

I was visiting from out of town and had a part go out on my vehicle. I got a good deal on the part I needed and installation. Thanks again!

I had a good experience with them. Of course, as with any business, I'm sure it depends on the person you're dealing with at the time. I got a good deal that I was unable to get anywhere in that area or in the Charleston Metro area.

My Ford F-150, in the first month, developed a problem with shifting from 2WD to 4WD and they repaired it promptly without question or hassle.

DO NOT go to stevens auto they will cheat you and lie. I was going to buy a new car there and they wanted to give me 1100.oo trade in and told me my car had been in a wreck and I knew better I got it new. So and when just down the road and got 11900.oo trade in for the same car and I got my new car there. so I got ten times the value just down the road from what stevens was going to give me. so DO NOT GO THERE. try Thornberry and you will not be lied to or cheated... you can call me or email me and I will give you the proof of everything I have said to be true. what stevens was going to give me and what Thornberry did give me on a trade in..
