This whole experience was awful. My kid had fun in the Waterpark but that was the extent of positivity I experienced there. I was treated rudely (as many others) in the arcade. My wife, myself, nephew and son had spent almost $100 at their awful arcade. The games are extremely overpriced and their staff is very undertrained in customer service. I complained december 3rd about a game working improperly and her response was "we've been having a lot of problems with that game." There was no apology or offer to refund my money. Shortly after that, unaware of the time both my nephew and I had put money into a game and the same employee just killed all the power to every game at 9pm sharp. No warning or anything. I just can't believe this is how they treat people who spend over a thousand dollars there. I gave them an opportunity to respond to my email I sent them but they apparently do not care. I will never be returning there after this. The food inside the park is awful and ridiculously overpriced. I will stick to great wolf lodge. Their staff is more appreciative and they seem like they are treated better. I didn't see any of their staff happy to be working there. I'd rather spend more money and feel like I matter to the business. Stay away
