Walmart Supercenter

Sunday 5:57 AM. I was just in your location at 7401 Samuel Blvd, Dallas TX 75228 and am again very dissatisfied with your staffing. ONE register was assisting customers. I was making a quick 15 minute trip and counted 12 employees stocking or standing and multitudes of employees at the front door on break...No break room???? There were 8 people queued in front of me to check out at a register clearly only made to sell cigarets. The checker was having difficulties with a card transaction as 4 more customers lined up behind me. Finally I had enough and asked for a store manager at which time the clerk gruffly told me he was working on it as he attempted to stare me down... he finally called for assistance as another customer added to the queue. Finally two more clerks drug up to their stations and began to check items. THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS LIKE THIS; NEVER ENOUGH CHECK OUT LINES OPEN!!!! I AM TIRED OF WAL MART'S LAX ATTITUDE ABOUT SERVICE AND WILL TAKE WHAT BUSINESS I GIVE THEM TO TARGET IF THEY DO NOTHING TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM. Corporate must not care about their business at this site.....??? It makes me think the manager, David White, doesn't. THIS IS A '0' STAR RATING... as you must select one to enter a review.

This walmart never has enough cashiers, the lines are always wrapped around the clothing it is sad how long people have to stand in line for four items. This type of mess happens only at night. Don't think you will be able to run in and run out not after 6 pm and it is like that until the morning shift comes in like 8 am in the morning. I have shopped during the morning and I was happy with the way the lines moved quickly. I shop alot at night cause I work during the day and I hate it I rather travel way out of my way then to shop there sometimes because the lines are so crazy. That store really needs some help
