Overall not a good experience. We'll live it at that guys, rent at your own risk. Not going to talk bad about the place, but I wish for yall not to experience the same as I did.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This establishment is in a very high crime area and it is a hole in the wall. The security staff are insecure middle age men who like to bully underage kids. My child and 6 of her friends were kicked out of a quince after they were allowed to go in and have dinner. Apparently they each did not have an invite so they were asked to leave by the security team. The rent-a- cop told all 7 of the kids to leave the property. I was on the phone with my child and asked to speak with him. He informed me that the owner was kicking them out and they needed to get out of the street. Once I hung up with him he told the kids they could not stand on their property and they needed to go home. A huge thunderstorm was in effect and instead of having the kids wait inside for their parents to pick them up he kicked them out. Extremely unprofessional and insensitive!!! If you want a good and professional team DON"T go here just keep on driving.

I loved it!! I had my daughter's quince last weekend. I was so well taken care of. I was worried I won't be able to enjoy it. That wasn't the case, Luis Flores told me right of the bat. We do all the work, all you need to do is sit down and enjoy it. He has the patience's of a saint. I did exceed my guest limit but I was told well before hand of additional fees and excepted it. As the other reviews stated, don't invite some many if u knew you had set a limit. I had about 300 guests and ever one was happy. The place was always clean, the staff was nice and professional . They provide security and police. My guests and I always felt safe. I waited 15 years for that night and Regio Ballroom didn't let me down. I'm very happy

I dont understand the bad reviews. This is a nice place and it is kept up very well by all the staff. There are very few problems due to the amount of security and police presence. The contract and rules are very well explained. If you agree to a contract of 300 dont invite 600 people then you will avoid losing your deposit and getting charged extra fees. The way to avoid this is have 1 invitation per person or an invitation of 1 plus 4 for example. Total up the number you have invited and you will not go over. This ballroom is the best ran and well kept one that I have seen in dallas. Dont listen to the bad reviews and make sure you follow the rules and you wont have a problem.
