Zito created a great experience. I am in town from St. Louis and would go there just to be greeted by him. Excellent service and full meal with great prices.

Totally commercial cheap worst of class food. I have never had a bite here that was not substandard. Most of the food can be identified as "obtained from a vendor". The marinara tastes like ketchup with added sugar. The people who work here (Zee, etc) try to be social, but they creep me out. I would recommend that anyone looking for food with any taste at all go elsewhere.

My company loved making us have our luncheans here because it was close to Love Field...Don't was your personal wallet on this place.\r It looks pretty, but way over rated. A ton of other Italian places in Dallas that are better and not so over priced!!!!!

After multiple experiences eating at Bugatti's I feel more qualified to tell you this establishment is excellent!!!! The owner, Zee, always greets us by name and are genuinely thankful for our return every time! You cannot order anything on the menu that will dissappoint you, this I promise! Bugatti's is white table clothed, rooted with history and has many grateful customers. It has a special ambiance when you enter. Always a family favorite!!!

I am relunctant to pass out a 5 Star since I've only been there once. However, the service really lends itself to a 5-Star rating. Top notch and friendly. Zee (the owner) makes it his personal mission to introduce himself and make you feel at home. And the staff follows his example. \r \r The food is very good. We started with the calamari which was perfectly cooked (also hot bread was brought to the table). I would recommend putting a slight dash of salt on the calamari and wait for the sauce to cool down a little (the sauce comes out piping hot). \r \r Although the Minestrone was good, Zee brought over a tasting of the Mushroom Soup (which he is obviously proud of), I would highly recommend that. Delicate and very tasty!\r \r The Chicken Parm is excellent. You only live once so don't skimp on the cheese when the waiter brings the grated cheese. \r \r Unfortunately, the meal did not leave much for the dessert. The only dessert my wife and I could manage was to split the Spumoni Ice Cream. It is not Spumoni Garden's Spumoni...but it's legitimate. If we had more room, I think we would have follow our waiter's recommendation for the Tiramisu (but it was too much food). Perhaps next time...\r \r The food, the value, and the service...I would highly recommend Bugatti's to anyone.

We have been going to Bugatti's since 1993. Zee or one of his staff is always at the door to greet us. The food is excellent and the service is great. We have had several special occasions at the restaurant. We have never been disappointed. We like to take our out of town quests to Bugatti and they all love it.

Love this restaurant ! Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere and outstanding service. My server was very attentive with a cute sense of humor when serving my Canneloni, announcing it as an ""Egg Roll"" as you ordered !!! The Canneloni with veal, spinach and herbs and a cream sauce was delicious! The Mushroom Soup is to die for! (Even a real contender for the same soup at The Grape !!! ) Zee came by to check on the quality of my meal, which was very impressive. This is a great place for singles, couples, groups, and families. Can't wait to go back !!!\r \r
