Aso Rock Restaurant and Lounge

Me and my friends usually come to Aso Rock to eat every few sundays a month and this particular sunday, the heater was not working. When we asked if the heater can be turned on, the waitress mumbled under her breath that the heater was not working. Then we ordered our food and when they did not have what we wanted, we ordered something else to suffice. My friend got his usual meat. (Assorted meat and rice) and I wanted to try the yam porridge. When the food arrived, it looked nothing like I expected but I still tried it nevertheless. It was the worst yam porridge I have ever eaten. The yam was too hard and the meal had damn near a whole bushel of spinach on it. When I let the waitress know that I didn't like it, she rudely asked why. Then told me I could not exchange my meal for something else and then had the cook come talk to me about the issue. After the chef, another waitress came as well and discussed the issue at hand. It seemed like I had to talk to the whole restaurant before having some help with this issue. Honestly, horrible customer service and rude staff. As a regular customer, this is not ok.
