Amazing Occasions Custom Cakes Dallas

First time getting a custom cake & WOW!!! Exceeded my expectations.

Went in to get a cake for my wife's 25th birthday party & I really didn't have a clue about what I wanted. I gave Ms. Sassy few and limited details regarding the color & design. I was nervous but she reassured me that it would be great as she gave me a great prize. She provided extraordinary customer service from start to finish. When I went in to pick up the cake, I was shocked. The cake was beautifully designed. It was everything that I wanted and more. At the party, the cake was a big hit. Everyone talked about how beautiful it was and how tasty it was as well. Will definitely return and spread the word.

I found this small business through Facebook and after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance on getting a custom made cake for my sisters baby shower event! I sat down with the owner and booked this cake A month in advanced with pictures and everything to follow and specific directions on the decor. She assured me that she could do this cake. Needless to say when I seen this cake my mouth was floored. It did not have the decor I asked for...the fondant was so sticky and gummy(the exact same consistency of wet gum) she only completed half of the top tier and she did the very top of the cake in cardboard....which we discussed an Eiffel tower made of fondant and to top that off The cake was lopsided. When I contacted her to express my disappointment in the product she was very rude and argumentive. I paid $170.00 for this cake and I asked for a PORTION of my money to be compensated back. Not the full balance because I understand that she had to use product. But she would not agree. Her excuse for this awful cake was that she did not have time....and this cake was given to her a month in advance. When I called her the day of to check the status of the cake at 10a.m...she notified me that she was about to start decorating it. We discussed a 2pm pick up time! My sister was so disappointed and it was very embarrassing to her and to myself. The guest literally picked over the cake that was served and of a 3 tier cake less than half was served! I would never recommend this business to any friend or colleagues. Despite the awful cake she was very warm and friendly to begin with but after expressing my concern all the customer service went out the window.

I love this place because the staff in here is very friendly and amusing, they talk with the customers and treat us with respect, what a great attitude they have in here.

I love how they take time and extra effort everyday just to give different options to their customers. They have different batches of bread in here every day.

There are several things that I want to say to you guys. You guys are amazing and I want you to keep it up. The shop is one of the best in town so no worries!
