Apple Infinite Loop

Worst experience ever. They don't care about customers and the stores are FULL of people with problems. Down loaded upgrade, crashed entire product, gave me a refurbished one after weeks of haggling, 21 days later it crashed. Now saying it was a one time deal. You are a cheap company taking advantage of Americans....

apple has the poorest customer service I have dealt with. This is why I am a fan of apple products. Other items are just as good with better customer service. Will not be buying another apple product.
