        Filthy, bedbugs and roaches

        Checked in for two rooms today after traveling from out of town. First room had a whole kicked in door and when we entered in smelled terrible, the room was dirty, tub leaked and we immediately asked for another room. After moving to another room we found roaches crawling on phone and walls. In the second room we found a bedbug on the mirror in the bathroom so I checked the beds. They were there as well. I was already unhappy about being quoted one price when I made reservation then it was another at check-in. Also, the pool wasn't even opened. I went to office and insisted on a refund. The clerk was polite and understanding and gave me a refund with no problem. That is the ONLY THING good I can say about it. We missed my niece's 16th birthday party and drove 2 hrs home after this terrible experience!!!

        After everything I had heard b...

        After everything I had heard bout this place I was afraid to stay but when my house was having work done we stayed there for a week. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok I wish there was a bit more choice but what they had was good. I cant wait til April when they open thier pool!

        I was impressed at my recent stay. The front desk clerk and the cleaning staff were very nice and quite helpful. My room was clean and the sheets and blankets smelled fresh. I will be staying there again my next time thru.

        bed bugs,roaches,even a rats nest found in bed by health inspector.

        I used to be a desk clerk there. A guest came to me and showed me bed bugs in there room. So i offered him to swap rooms. The room i swapped him to it took him two min. To find more bed bugs. He asked for a refund and i told him the manager would be there in the morning. So him and his family slept in there car that night not wanting to be eatin alive by bed bugs. The manager finally showed up and only after the guest got the police involved she gave him a whole 10% refund. I have personaly had six people who showed me bed bugs in there rooms there. Management would not do anything to solve there roaches rat and bed bug problem until the health inspector pulled there permit. These idiots just had a large group of the special Olympic kids try to stay there and put most of there rooms upstairs. Where the rooms were so nasty they didn't even stay the night. There was sheets unwashed between guest. Roaches in the rooms. A nasty milder smell in every room.
