7/26/13, 11:00am: The manager (Sharon) was extremely, extremely rude. I was in the store to make a return (sale item which is/was defective and would not work correctly) and was treated terribly and will never go back. I was told she could not take the item back and that it was my responsibility - she said I should've made sure it worked before buying it. I told her this was not possible because the product would have to be completely detached from the packaging, recorded with my voice, etc. making it inappropriate for resale if i decided not to buy it. Never the less, she did not apologize or even ask if there was anything else i would like to exchange for. In fact, she did not even say hello or ask how she could help when first approaching me. I did contact corporate regarding the issue and was sent to the location in The Summit mall and told they would be happy to help me.
