Modern Propane Services

Wonderful and fast service. Friendly associates. I realized at 4:54pm I was very low on propane and quickly called. Luckily, one of the drivers lives close by and I had 100 gallons of propane in my tank by 5:14pm! 20 minutes!! My family has used Modern Propane for years and I will continue to use them in the future.

We had 25% (62.5 gal +/-) in the 250 gal. tank, ordered 135 gal. - which would bring it to 197.5 gal +/- or about 80%. They claim that there was 20% in the tank - +/- 50 gal - which would bring the total to 185 gal. in the tank, or about 74% full. The tank is only to about 68% or about 170 gal.. 20% of 250 = 50 gal - the difference is 120 gal. So if we take their numbers - they shorted us by 15 gal.. But in reality they shorted us by 27.5 gal.. I called - they don't do anything about it.

I have been with Modern for a long time and have always been completely satisfied. I have called them because my tank was low and got the propane that same day which was nice...no cold showers for me! Anyway, they have always been professional and friendly, hence the 5 stars.....

Do not expect these guys to do what they say. I contracted with them for constant fill services and have run out three times in eightenn months. The owner is argumenative and dihonest. The words customer service are unheard of to these guys. I have never rated a company online before but these guys deserve this rating
