Heavy set guy was behind the counter and took my order, said it would be 7 to 10. I come back in a week and they said they just made the order the day before. The nice lady behind the counter said it will be 3 more weeks and I said why, the other guy said 7 to 10 days. She said I don't know why he would have said that... They are a cash-only business so I guess that gives them all the power in the world to be rude and not conduct their business the way business should be ran. I asked them if they could put a piece of plexiglass or glass in the window frame until they get the window in being that's the only thing holding up my house closing. She said yes we would be happy to, come on in and we'll give you a price for that. These people are a little bit old school which is not that bad but it is bad when they have no customer skills and they act like they're the only people in the Atlanta metro area that can do this job. For that reason, I'm out.
