        Overall

        Save yourself some $$ and go to Peoples True Value instead, which was $25 cheaper for the same piece of equipment. Got charged an entire extra full day rental for being a total of a little over an hour late with a daily rental, which wouldn't have happened if they'd just put their hours on the invoice. How hard would that be. The guy in the back lacks any kind of customer service skills which is fine, but keep him out of the front. Would have used them for follow-up visits, but now I'm going to True Value, which is also a small business in CB.
