Inc Fajitaville Grill North Beach

I wouldn't if I could but I had to give it a star rating in order to post this. As a visitor to this city, my family and I obviously expected way to much when we stepped into this restaurant. I can honestly say one thing, Fajitaville spends a lot of money on advertising and appearance when they really need to focus on customer service and the quality of their food. We arrived at 2:45pm with the thought of being lucky we missed the lunch rush, well I guess the employees thought the same. Upon entrance the lady told the hostess that there were 4 in our party and instructed us to go up. We waited 5 minutes just to be seated by our waiter because the hostess was busy eating in the kitchen. We sat for about 5 minutes before our waiter came back to get our drink and order into the kitchen but failed to realize we didn't even have menus. We requested a high chair we got a booster seat instead. 10 minutes pass by he comes back to take our order. Our water and tea smelled like shrimp and lemon, the fajita bites were more tortilla and cheese than fajita... I will say a thumb size of fajita was finely chopped up and mixed into the cheese before this thing was sliced and put on our plate. The cheese quesadillas weren't even melted all the way. The "charro" beans were flavorless, hardly cooked and cold. I asked for no sour cream and extra pico and the layout appeared as though they wiped it from another's plate and into mine cuz sour cream was all along the bottom of toppings, oh and hardly any pico was on the plate. Rice was ice cold. And to top it all off, when we told the waiter how disappointed we were, his response was "I'm sorry you feel that way, would you like the check now". We spent and hour and a half of our time at this place and a total of $39 only to be left with all our stomachs hungry for some real food... I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you are a college student looking to party and and don't have any taste buds. This place sucks!!!
