Great store I have a PO Box and I go there all the time. Always trust them for best price. Very Helpful!!

I love this UPS store. Everyone is always very helpful and kind. I have been using them for the past year and have never had any problems! I do not believe any of the negative comments as nothing like that has ever happened to me! Great place to mail packages! Two thumbs up! Derik is always very attentive. Only UPS store I will ever use! Thanks!

-100 stars. Absolutely terrible customer service or lack there awful attitudes and horrific business practices. Leased a mail box there while away in Canada for 5 months. Part of my reasoning was that they would bundle up my mail & send to Canadian address. Called to have the 1st shipment done & was told they're too busy they'd have to call me back...never happened. Days later I called back, had mail sent via USPS for $12 vs UPS for $90. That's was 2 months ago. Called to find out what happened, mgr was supposed to call me back...week later I called back "Sam" was going to look into it & call me back all the while blaming me for not getting a tracking number. WAIT A MINUTE. YOU are responsible for the handling of my mail & had that of been offered... Would also make sense to photocopy what it is and where you're sending it before it is sent. 5 days later, I had to call back, spoke to Derek (while he spoke to customers) and once again, sorry, you're out of luck. Nothing they can do and it's apparently again my fault. NEVER AGAIN! Stay away from relying upon this business. I had important court docs that I've no idea where they've gone.

If ever a place deserved a negative rating- This is the place! The “assistant manager”- Derek is extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me to leave the store- said he does not deal with “animals” and did not need customers as UPS made over 8 Billion dollars last year- all because I asked to use the tape gun to tape up my package. Told me to take my package to the post office and refused to accept it. Really UPS? I understand this is a franchise operation, however I cannot believe the owner accepts this type of behavior from his employees and that UPS is okay with this store representing them. I will NEVER go there again for any reason. In reading other reviews- seems like I am not the first to point this out and one can hope that they go out of business soon.

I use UPS stores in other parts of the country. Let me tell you this is the WORST! They just lie to you and never do what they promise. If you need your mail forwarded they do not do it. They lie and say they will and don't. They lose files and blame each other.Watch out for the manager and the owner is never there. Wish I had known as they cost me a lot of money for my business by the lack of service.

I have a problem with the owner of this store. He also owns the store at 3089 Clairemont Drive. I have several pieces of very slow mail delivery and he will NOT CALL Me about this
