Medicross Clinic & Urgent Care

First of all, toenail clippings on the floor in the exam room, urine in the toilet, bar soaps (Irish spring) on the sink (unsanitary) cleaning chart not updated since March 2016, no biohazard waste trash in the exam room, no sink to wash hands before or after an exam, terrible and rude, unprofessional so called doctor.

Wow never in my life have I experience such poor medical care and such attitude from a dr! I walked out and got a refund for my copay and warned the people on the wait room about getting care there because we were there for over an hour with no patients ahead of me while the dr just sat in his office typing on his computer.. after sitting there for so long I went to the front desk and told the lady that with having no one here the dr is with and having such an extended wait I'm about to leave because there is nothing urgent about the care they are providing.
About 5-10 minutes after that the dr comes in and I'm standing over the trash with my nose bleeding and I show him the tissue and said "you see why this is urgent, I'm really disappointed in such a long wait when there is no one here aside from myself" and he just stares at me like I'm an idiot and says " you should have gone to the emergency room" I replied with "well I was instructed to come to urgent care because it's not a medical emergency" his response was "well if my medical opinion isn't worth your 20 dollars then oh well not my problem" !!! I just grab my purse and I walked out. I'm just in such shock
