Green River Village

There base rent is way to high. there has been drive by shhoting and grafiti everywhere.
You pay a high rent for nothing, they can't even fix the security gate that has been broken for years.
The people that work there are EXTREMELY RUDE. Do not move here

Oct. 31, 2015. - Green River Mobile Home Village has a rate increase on the space every year. We moved to Green River 2 years ago, our space rent was $959.00, we just got a letter informing us that our monthly rent will increase to $1,099.00 come February 1 . Our neighbor told us he has been here 11 years and there has away been a yearly increase, even though Nichelle Solis, told us when we were buying our mobile home, that she had been here 7 years and there had NEVER been a rent increase. What a lie.!! Just one lie with about a dozen more she told us.
My friend bought a mobile home in Placentia, Ca September 2015 and her space rent is $560.00 a month.
My advise, don't stop at Green River, rent is outrageous and there is no end with a yearly increase. Once you move here you're stuck., so
KEEP DRIVING, unless you don't mind donating all your money to Hometown Village.

Living at Green River sucks. Tonight the neighbors are partying all night again. I can't here my own TV. Neighbors with kids must be thrilled. No security or management giving a care. I don't want to get the police involved but it sucks here. Traffic sucks. Rent price sucks. Management sucks and the noise level keeps going up. Better to go elsewhere if you want a happy life. Too bad I have to give this a star

The security gates our broken 80% of the time, the ladies that run the office. Kim Brown Community manager. Doesn't know the first thing about mobile home laws. There maintenance team is breaks into empty homes and don't know how to unclog a toilet. People that live here are decent people. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN CORONA TO LIVE PERIOD! AND YOU WILL BE A SUCKER AND THEN HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO! AFTER YOU GET INTO A HOME. THE PARK WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO MAKE YOU MISERABLE.

Hometown America mngmnt. Is the rudest most useless piece of crap that I have ever dealt with. Unprofesional, rude, uneducated on mobilehome laws, and selfserving. The people that live there are great. How is is run is atrocious. They don't keep up the empty lots(and there are a lot of them. People can't leave fast enough) the Rec room is a joke. The office is unattended and you can never get in to use the club house. Management makes up rules as they go, they add fees to your bill without informing you and don't tell you what they are for, the list goes on and on. The empty houses are continually broken in to. The front gate is never working. There is no security. You'd be better off living at skid row.
