        Poor communication before rental date. They credited my charge account three weeks before unit was picked up, then said it was to pay insurance (not for deposit) and will not refund damage deposit of $1000 even though they told us unit was fine upon return over a month ago. Rental unit had laundry list of problems, many not noticed until vacation was under way and some were safety-related. I hope this review can save one person the problematic vacation endured by my family.
