They also advertise that their residential programs are designed to serve persons with co-existing diagnoses, challenging behaviors, complex medical/health challenges, and forensic backgrounds. Do not be desperate and settle, there are many agencies in Memphis that offer quality service and actually treat employees better; so they have lesser turnover rate and your loved one can experience consistency.
