Well where shall I begin.
1:came hour late and when mentioned she said she was not late.
2: Did an awful job on my two dogs. They actually looked better prior to her getting her hands on them. One dog is chopped to pieces...uneven botched job.
The other dog is shaved almost to bear skin.
3: The most important thing is my one dogs eye was almost closed for two days afterwards. I called within two hours of her leaving to ask if perhaps soap got into her eyes or she got nicked. I requested a call back from her by the end of the day. That was 4 days ago and still have not heard back from her. I did take her to the Veterinarians to have her eye checked and he felt she got shampoo in her eye. He said it was still irritated, but should be okay. He also commented on the hack job. (Sigh). I would NEVER recommend this person. I should have gone with my initial institution and told her to hit the road.

Not punctual but great work

I have used Laurinda many times while owning dogs (2 dobermans, 1 pitbull, 1 boarder collie, 2 min-pins) and she was nothing but great. She was patient with my scardy cat 110lb dobie, spent a great deal of time cutting & shaving my overgrown boarder collie) and handled the small dogs easily.
She also groomed several of my cats over the years. She is very accommodating with schedules, clean and reasonably priced. I wish I still had a dog for her to groom!

I've been using Petpourri for years, and Laurinda, the owner, is great! I just had my two dogs groomed and they look perfect. She even advised me to take one of the dogs to the vet to address a rash that I thought would go away. She was spot on. I highly recommend Petpourri!

My mother and father are very particular with the way our dogs our groomed. They are long thick haired small dogs. This woman, made up an excuse that my dogs were matter and shaved my good from her belly down. Her ears are uneven and have chunks of hair missing. They are the worst haircuts I have ever seen on a dog. She told us my older dog who is 12 kept sitting down on the damp surface so she was "unable" to dry her because she just kept getting wet. I am tremendously disappointed in the way my dogs we cut and I will never be using this service again.

Larinda is a sweet & patient woman. She is very good with my 3yo shipoo Max, who has major grooming anxiety from a previous experience. I've been using her for 2 1/2 yrs and would never bring him anywhere else. Her hours are very convenient, she comes right to your house, and the evening hours are perfect with our working schedules!
