          We sell more Burgers than any other menu item except the Ziti. Locally-sourced, a full half-pound of custom-ground top-grade Iowa beef, never-frozen, with a blend of beef cuts including short ribs and steak for tremendous flavor, served on a great bun to hold all the juices.

          I think this an absolutely fabulous non-meat burger. We serve it with ranch salsa on the side, on a toasted bun, with lettuce, tomato and onion garnish, with your choice of side dish.

          Simple but few things better. Toasted sourdough bread, with 2 perfectly cooked free-range fried eggs, with Havarti and lots of bacon, served with seasoned french fries or any other side dish.

        Now a Great Italian restaurant!

        Bob's Your Uncle on Mormon Trek is now Monica's Italian Bistro. They kept the same great pizza, but the rest of the menu changed completely. They have panini sandwiches, pastas, and a number of entrees. They also make all of their soups from scratch now. They offer lunch portions until 4 o'clock which is nice and still do delivery and carry-out. The lasagna and eggplant parmigiana are wonderful. I also really love the chicken pesto panini. The atmosphere is more casual than someplace like Olive Garden, but the patio is beautiful with tons of flowers and a fountain and away from any roads unlike most places. I highly recommend it.
