Since opening his own firm in 2005, attorney Steven K. He also has had the privilege of being one of a select group of lawyers to have argued before the California Supreme Court. Jeff has been granted the honor of being a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He is one of approximately 25 in Orange County and 350 in the entire State of California to hold such certification.

The three partners of the Fullerton Law Group have each, independently, been at the top of their respective legal fields for decades. One of the main benefits of a Living Trust is to avoid probate. Probate is the court process in which your assets are distributed upon your passing. Whether you have a Will or no Will, your estate can be subject to probate. The probate process is costly and can take months or years before your assets are fully distributed. A Living Trust avoids probate, which often means a faster distribution of assets to your beneficiaries.
Power of Attorney
If the gross value of your estate currently exceeds $166,250.00, you should consider creating a revocable living trust. Even if your estate does not require a trust, you should still create an estate plan to include a will, power of attorney for health care (including an advanced directive), HIPAA waiver and a power attorney for financial purposes.
