CNC Milling for Prototyping, Short Run and One Off Parts. No Job to Small.House Factory is a small home based CNC milling job shop located in Copperas Cove Texas. CNC milling is the subtractive process whereby material is removed from a piece of larger stock material by a computer controlled tool which moves and rotates. CNC milling is a common milling process which creates precise components quickly and accurately out of aluminum, steel, titanium, plastic etc. House Factory utilizes a vertical machining center with three axis-es of travel and one rotation axis. That's four axis-es total. Coupled with a variety of cutting tools, state of the art computer aided drafting and manufacturing software, House Factory is able to create specified part shapes up to 18 inches long, nine inches wide, and 17 inches in height. When you choose House Factory CNC milling, you can be confident that quality and productivity is my priority. I work with clients to design and produce precision parts in the most efficient manner possible. My productions meet or exceed most specifications with a tolerance of no more than plus or minus .005 of an inch. I specialize in short run and one off part orders with short turnaround. Being a home based job shop, my overhead is low. This makes my pricing lower than larger shops. I look forward to hearing more about your CNC milling needs.
